IMUNE Trainer Accreditation

IMUNE currently accredits the following categories of trainers:

  1. Device Trainers
  2. IMUNE Accredited Trainers.

Device Trainer Licenses are issued after an assessment process agreed with the manufacturer. IMUNE operates this process on behalf of and under contract from the manufacturer. The scope of training relates to device operation and excludes therapeutic application.

IMUNE Accredited Module Trainers are accredited to teach their area of Natural Medicine expertise. If they include device application then the device manufacturer may require that they are also Device Licensed Trainers. This is the case for the EPFC-SCIO-QXCI.

Immune Responsibilities

IMUNE will set guidelines for trainers and issue a statement of competence conformity. IMUNE has established a feedback system on all IMUNE related courses operated by IMUNE trainers.

Students

Trainer’s primary responsibility is to provide students with quality, appropriate education.
IMUNE Accreditation of trainers and courses (by establishing the syllabus) will help ensure students have a quality education with training monitoring.

Trainers

IMUNE accreditation will assist trainers in marketing their education and the feedback system will help them to develop.

There will be various levels for both technical and topic areas. For experienced trainers a review process to facilitate grandfathering will be available. Certification may initially be provisional and require feedback forms from students to validate.

Student exam success will also serve a trainer competence barometer. Trainers will need to apply and demonstrate subject expertise (which may require in some cases taking IMUNE exams and passing with distinction) as well as organisational and presentation skills. It is anticipated that a Level 1 trainer will be qualified at Level 2, with distinction passes. There will be a requirement to submit information from each course as part of continual trainer monitoring. Aspiring trainers will be encouraged to co-train to develop skills.

For training using the QXCI-SCIO-EPFX there will be on line exams and other basic requirements., depending on the level of teaching.

Trainers in device operation will require:

  • Manufacturer’s examination (operated by IMUNE under contract from the manufacturer.)
  • Technical Competence Examination (operated by IMUNE under contract from the manufacturer.)
  • Proof of application and teaching expertise.
  • Ethics conformity

For clinical application teachers higher skills will be required. Essentially the trainer will need to be qualified beyond the level they teach and have clinical expertise. Core requirements will include:

  • Anatomy, Physiology, Electrophysiology, Unconscious Biofeedback.
  • Electro and Nelson Medicine
  • Knowledge and experience in the subject to be taught.

Becoming a Trainer

The requirements are as above: it is recommended that you develop teaching skills by co-teaching to start with. The aspiring trainer makes personal arrangements with an experienced teacher for initial support. Feedback forms are used to monitor skill development. The process is covered in the documentation below.

Code of ethics

Submission of agreement to a code of ethics is part of the accreditation process.
See downloads below.

Complaints process

Trainers are perceived to be professionals in the world of Natural Medicine and the Healing Arts. As such they should be able to apply the same skills of interaction with students, other trainers and organisations that they constructively exhibit with clients in health practise.

IMUNE operates a monitoring system for accredited trainers to ensure that they deliver high quality and are aware of both success and areas for improvement.

A complaints form is available on request from admin@imune.net
